Chhoona Hai Aasmaan is a Hindi television serial that that airs on STAR One from Monday to Thursday at 9:30 PM IST. It is the sequel of the popular TV serial Saara Akaash, which aired on STAR Plus in 2003.
Chhoona Hai Aasmaan is the story of Sameera, a small town girl who is craving a niche for herself in the Indian Air Force. She is brought up by a strong willed single mother and ever since she can remember, she has always wanted to be a brave warrior in the Indian Air force, just like her father. And at his grave she has vowed that she will bring glory to his name.
Her tryst with destiny brings her in contact with Arya Veer Pratap, one of the ablest commanders of the Indian Air Force. As the story progresses further, Sameera realises that she shares a deeper connection with Arya Veer, who has been the perfect father that she has always dreamt of.
Chhoona Hai Aasmaan is also the story of Abhimanyu Adhikari, who lives to fight for the nation and for whom fighting for his nation is his greatest pride.
Set against the backdrop of the IAF, Chhoona Hai Aasmaan is the love story of Abhimanyu and Sameera. Their's is a love story, which is threatened by many, but often the conflicts arise within them.
