" Celebrity Big Brother" winner Alex Reid has imposed a sex ban on his wife Katie Price as the cage fighter wants to concentrate on training for a fight next month.

Reid is currently focusing his attention on a forthcoming fight with British fighter Tom 'Kong' Watson next month and has warned his spouse he needs to reserve all his energy and aggression for his opponent, reports contactmusic.

"Some people like to have sex right before. I personally like to wait four weeks just to keep up the aggression," said Reid.

The couple, who have three children from previous relationships, have been vocal about their desire to start a family. They are expected to lift their ban as soon as Reid finishes the fight.

"Alex is a fighter first and foremost and he knows that a month without sex won't kill either of them. He's very aware that his reputation is riding on this fight as he has had to postpone it before because of injury," said Reid's friend.

"He feels like the whole world is watching and if that means putting the baby plans on ice, then so be it. Knowing both of them, I'm sure as soon as he gets out of that ring they'll be at it like rabbits," he added.
