Looks like Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine is finally going to go on floors, thanks to Ash. Madhur Bhandarkar actually wrote the script a long time ago and approached Kareena Kapoor for script discussions. After a long time discussing and contemplating Bebo politely refused to be the ‘Heroine’ that Madhur wanted her to be. Well, for what reasons Bebo declined such a talented filmmaker’s offer, only she knows. Madhur even started thinking about a different project as things seemed a bit pale about his ‘Heroine’.
But guess what! Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has given a nod to play the role and what more can Madhur ask for. Although, there has been no agreement signed as such by Ash, it is pretty evident that she is positive about doing the film. The first schedule of the movie would take place in the first week of June starting which Madhur is planning to complete the movie in a span of two months.
UTV and Madhur Bhandarkar will be jointly producing this movie.
