Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION
The applicant should have:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Finance or IT.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for the administration of the Bank's Automated Teller Machine (ATM) products, services and related systems.
• Work closely with vendors, management and regulatory authorities regarding ATM placement
• Oversee the handling of ATM related electronic fund transfer (EFT) customer disputes or fraudulent issues in accordance with regulations.
• day-to-day support for ATM reconciliation issues
• investigation and follow up
• Preliminary Loss Reports.
• Perform ATM treasury audits, ATM systems audits and ATM onsite audits.
• Generate additional revenue from ATM products and services
