And wouldn’t we all like to do our bit for the city? That’s what Konkona SenSharma, Jimmy Sheirgil, Sooraj Thapar and comedians Ehsaan Qureishi and Raju Srivastav and ATS Chief KP Raghuvanshi did the other evening — managed to take a little time off and dedicate it to their city.
The six were there to support a disaster management initiative by Dr Ved Thapar and industrialist Anil Murarka. Emphatic speeches about citizen participation and safety measures we all should take upped the energy levels here, bringing smiles to faces and hopes to hearts in this dull weather.
