Rani would help read the paper, etc & this is something chacha-chachi know that Padma wont sign any paper till Rani tells her what it is

Rani’s younger brother- is failing third for the second time.
Very naughty, dominates or tries to dominate…
Loves his sister & fights with her.
Somewhere acts like I am the male member- mere pe zimmedaari hai which mother & Rani feel is cute…
Cant even tie his dhoti properly.
City to him is where there are cars & really nice food to eat… but when Rani goes to the city, he wont go for all that but only because he misses her…

Chacha
Evil chacha & chachi
he didn’t need to take care of Rani & family, as his sister-in-law stood independent, yet maintaining family relations
They stay in a separate house – are envious of the fact that elder brother had a larger field, that mother still stays with elder bahu, that widow has managed to hold on to farm & run it even after brothers death – they even say this to her praising her, but behind her back, are envious

Chachi
Mean, thinks too highly of herself and her daughters, thinks her daughters are very beautiful and being educated especially for girls is not a very big thing, detests rani and her mother for being able to manage things on their own,

Champa & Chameli
Chacha’s daughters who think Rani is so simple & ugly
funny. chachi thinks they are very pretty and intelligent.
Chacha’s son
Chandu
Chandu is chacha’s son who is DUMB & fat.Munna always plays pranks on him-which frustrates chachi even more

Prince YUDHISTIR
Someone who has the royal that in him… believes he’s a true prince… & his dad a king… not rude or arrogant, but proud… believes in all the princely traditions… in marrying only from another royal family… not been in love, or looking for it… feels marriage is a tradition that must be fulfilled… Believes father is always right Believes what his father has said always – you are a prince – you have to behave like one – never let the family down – be tough – be a man – don’t show emotions to the world

Father feels Yudhishter has the capability to take the family name ahead and that he is the perfect prince and will carry forward the legacy well. Dislikes display of emotion in front of everyone, so despite the fact that he loves his children very much ,he will never show that in front of them & expects the same from his children

Choti Rani - Beautiful,intelligent. dislikes Yudhishter & sees him as a threat to get her son’s image up in front of the father. She would keep doing things to promote her son. Prince’s Mom

Doesn’t talk In a hospital-like setup at home with a nurse
The setpmom is actually her younger sister who always was jealous of her elder sister.
Even though the younger sister took her place in the house & as ‘second bahu’, she now desperately wants the ‘Queen’ tag

Step brother
RANBIR
Is 23, very cunning, but into the wrong company, is into gambling, drinking, womanizer. Is into coming home late, father doesn’t really like all this, but mother is there to safeguard him always
Mother always worried father will catch & disown him. Son is completely spoilt by the mother & she always ends up covering up his offenses in front of the father.



Sisters

Elder sister BHAVYATA - Mamma’s daughter. Hot headed and impulsive.

Younger sister Niharika .She is a child widow. Very soft spoken and kind.
