Chiranjeevi’s alliance with the Congress Party

Postby aryan on Sat Jul 24, 2010 11:05 am

Chiranjeevi the President of Praja Rajyam Party (PRP) is actively initiating to forge his parties bond with the Congress. This issue was being held under speculation by the state politics from quite a long period, but now it is clearly evident that the connection between the two parties is improving day by day.

It was only recently that congress chief Sonia Gandhi and Chiranjeevi held a meeting together which became the political hot talk. The outcomes following this meeting are definitely pointing a clear signal towards the en strengthened brother hood between the Indian Congress party and Chiranjeevi’s Praja Rajyam Party.

At a district meeting in Anantapur there was a sudden state of chaos that led to a violent turn wherein the assembled rival groups disputed the other side with stools and chairs. The PRP district president Srikant Reddy, was assigned his position much ahead Pila Narasimhayya, and this was the main cause of contention between the two groups.

Pila Narasimhayya commented in a Television interview, “Chiranjeevi told me that Congress is going to remove YS Jagan from the party, once he is out we will get a post in congress. Chiranjeevi asked us to wait for a month for the future action plan.”
All these events clearly portray that Chiranjeevi shares some friendly terms with the Congress party.
