Kickstarting the Chennai International Fashion Week (CIFW) was designer Priya Kataria Puri's Spring-Summer Cruise Collection 2010, which saw Bollywood stunner Koena Mitra sashay down the ramp in a stunning creation by the designer.

Inspired by 80s glam and bohemian chic, the collection saw the edgy use of an eclectic colour palette, comprising lime greens, purples and pinks. The fabrics used for the collection included chiffon, satin, lace, silk and lycra.

The collection was met with thunderous applause, even as actors Neetu Chandra, Yuva and Meera Chopra cheered on.
