Here’s a new still from the film Joker just released by director Shirish Kunder. And ya! Sonakshi’s dream of doing a ‘munni’ has finally come true. Ever since Dabangg happend, the actress had a great desire to do an item number.
On February 11, she told a popular tabloid about her dance number in Joker.
She had said, “It is good news for me. I’m finally going to dance in Joker. I wouldn’t call it an item song because I’m the film’s heroine and guest artistes perform item songs. But, I know it will be well shot and lavish and aesthetic because it’s being choreographed by Farah Khan. All my worries are sorted out.”

Sonakshi Sinha will be seen romancing Akshay Kumar in the comedy caper Joker. The song titled Dance Karle English Mein, Nach Le Hindi Mein has lyrics in ten languages, and the entire unit had a ball shooting for it, reveals Shirish Kunder. The song, set in a village, was shot in Chandigarh during the film’s first schedule.

In the still, Sonakshi is seen wearing an ankle length red and gold lehenga; a matching sparkling, back and midriff baring choli; and red gota embellished dupatta.
