Mumbai-based architect Prem Nath, who made it to India’s Top 10 Architects list in 2008, has drawn up plans for the first themed entertainment hotel-resort in India. It will be located in Delhi. This 7-star hotel will be built on 40 acres of land and will be called The Royal Resort Hotel & Royal Garden.

The 7-star hotel is split into several sections. The Royal Resort Hotel will have 200 deluxe hotel rooms and suites. Additionally, it will feature two restaurants, coffee shops, a bar, a pool bar, meeting rooms, business centres, gazebos, pool decks, and musical fountains.

Meanwhile, the Resort Tower Hotel will have 300 smaller rooms. This too will have two restaurants, coffee shops, a bar, club lounge, rooftop restaurant, meeting rooms and a business centre.

The plan also has space for serviced hotel apartments, which will encompass 50 one-bed units and 25 two-bed units. There are also plans for 25 villas.

Rounding up the mammoth project is a the Royal Garden complex, which includes a 10,000-people amphitheatre, health spas, salons, themed gardens, multi-level pools and play and shopping areas.
