Dipsshikha
The reason? Well, since Amann and Dipsshikha share a common surname, the board at the reception read ‘Wishing Amann and Dipsshikha Nagpal a very happy birthday’, making people assume they are either husband-wife or brother-sister! Amann’s wife Sonia Nagpal was alongside her hubby all through the evening and looked after the guests.
Music and masti was in the air as after the cake-cutting, Amann went behind the DJ console and played some foot-tapping RD Burman tracks, even as lipsmacking starters did the rounds. Eijaz Khan and Anita Hassanandani kept each other company while Resham Tipnis, Paritossh Painter and Ashiesh Roy formed a gang of their own. Mansi Verma, and Munisha Khatwani, Sheeba and Aakashdeep, Bhagyashree and Himalay, Rajesh Khera, Poonam Dhillon, Vandana Sajnani and Rajesh Khattar, Rajev and Delnaazz Paul were some of the others spotted having a whale of a time at this do.
Aaja nachle! If there was a prize for ‘Dancing Queen’ for the night, it would have jointly been shared between Sveta Salve and Achint Kaur as both the girls grooved to the music and even danced atop the bar at one point! As for ‘Dancing King’, there couldn’t have been a better contender than Manav Gohil!
