A source from Ekta’s production house confirms the news to us. “Ekta decided to change this name. She hopes to try her luck this time….Now the name of the show will be Tujh Sang Preet Lagayi Sajna. She has registered the name as well and soon the promos for the show will also start,” says the source.
"The show will have Pooja Bose, Radha of Mahabharat fame in a lead. Earlier Harshad Chopra was going to play lead in this show but now a completely new face has been chosen for the male lead. The show is based on the hit film Saudagar. It is a love story which will of course have family drama and rivalry between two families in background. Uday Tikekar and Chetan Pandit will play important role in the show,” adds the source.
In last episode of Kahaani, Parvati had introduced lead of this new show. The viewers say Sakshit float a lamp in a lake which flows away and a new girl who is standing at other end takes it.
This will be the first time in eight years that Ekta has decided to drop the alphabet K from her serials. Now the question remains to be seen, will it work for her?
