If you want to enjoy your holidays with Kochi you can choose any or all of the below mentioned locations:
St. Francis Church: This Anglican Church was built in 1503. It is a very good proof of the European colonial struggle in India. The church includes the tombstone of Vasco-da-Gama and it has been the architectural model of many churches in India.
Dutch Palace: The specialty is that oriental and the occidental architectural patterns are mix together. It is well-known for the mural paintings. There are three temples within the palace, each devoted to lord Krishna, Lord Shiva and Pazhayannur Bhagavati..
Bolghatty Palace: In 1744 Dutch establishes this scenic island. Now Bolghatty Palace has been changed into Kerala Tourism Development Corporation hotel.
Santa Cruz Basilica: This is well-known for the attractive paintings on the ceiling and established in 1558.
Fort Kochi beach: A stroll along the beach, particularly at sunset with the chinese fishing nets and sailing ships in the background, is a memorable experience. Many European style bungalows can be seen along the shoreline.
Pareekshith Thampuran Museum, Hill Palace Museum and Cherai Beach are also the tourist place in Kochi. It is betters to choose Family rental Cochin Villas during the holidays. Because villas are the wonderful option for groups that want their own personal accommodation but need to be close to entertainment for children.
