Yes, that’s exactly what happened to Arjun Rampal, after the raves he got for Raajneeti. His performance has been so appreciated that his online fan club (those on various social networking sites) have sent him bouquets galore.

But apart from the hundreds of congratulatory messages he got, what totally blew him away was a black and white video of an audience clapping and giving a standing ovation (obviously culled from an old Hollywood movie). “Dude, I’m getting virtual taalis now. It’s incredible.” Why be so surprised Arjun? Remember the time when you came in and were ‘virtually’ written off? Those were the brickbats. Now enjoy the flowers dude. You deserve it.
