recap from the previous ep, michael claims that he has got married to mahi in a church and that she is his wife. he tries to pull mahi away but selva pushes him back. michael tells selva that he is not here to fight with him but to bring mahi away with him. he goes near and tries to grab hold of mahi's hand but was stopped by selva again telling him to back off. michael says they are testing his patience and he slaps selva hard making him fall down in a surprise move. he continues to attack selva but selva attacks him back but was not strong enough for michael and he ended up getting strangulated by michael. mahi tries to break them apart shouting to michael to let go of selva but in vain. selva looks like he was out breath and michael lets go and grabs a small potted plant to hit selva but stops in time. michael then says he wanted to fetch mahi in a peaceful manner but they have spoiled everything. while selva is still gasping for breath on the floor, michael pulls mahi by the hand while she was in kneeling position and drags her away (this was such a relief for me after so many days of her nonsense!). selva tries to go after and the scene changes.

next scene we see selva rushing to a police station to make a report saying someone has abducted his wife. the police seems to ask nakkal questions making selva irritated. the police asks how is he so sure that she was abducted and selva says this guy just barged in and abducted his wife saying she is his (michael's) wife instead. one of the police man laughs upon hearing this the inspector says this means selva's wife and the man who abducted her might be having an affair. selva gets angry and holds the inspector's collar but ended getting beaten up by the constables. they asks selva to take off his shirt and put him behind bars. selva says he will make a complaint against them but the inspector tells his constables to give selva more beatings inside admist selva telling them to let him go.

the constables are beating selva inside while the inspector sits down at his desk and watches. selva stops them and says since they want his shirt, he will give it to them (that was funny, the constables beat him up cause he refused to take off his shirt lol). selva removes his shirt and the constables finds his mobile inside his shirt pocket and later passes it to the inspector. the inspector says lets wait till someone contacts him then we shall see. selva tired from the events takes a seat inside the jail to rest (lol).

next scene we see aathi with her gold handbag coming home shouting for mahi & selva. when she realises that no one is home, she grumbles that the lousy watchman is also on leave for the whole week and starts to call selva's mobile. she continues grumbling while dialing saying since no one was at home, this selva/mahi jodi has happily gone out gallivanting lol. the inspector answers selva's mobile and aathi just shouts out where he is. the inspector ask who is this & aathi also asks who is this. the inspector introduces himself and aathi also introduces herself and the inspector gets up from his seat and asks how come its her. aathi asks if its selva's mobile and says selva is her son.

the inspector explains the situation to aathi when she queries selva's whereabouts. he tells her that selva actually came to report the kidnap of his wife but ended up beating a constable thus they put him in jail. aathi asks to talk to selva and the inspector passes the mobile to him and asks why didn't selva say so earlier that he is aathi's son. selva tells aathi that someone by the name of michael has kidnapped his wife and asks her to come in person when aathi asks further. selva passes the mobile to the inspector and aathi asks if they have filed the FIR. the inspector says not yet thus aathi asks him to release selva first and that she will do all the formalties and the inspector can come to see her in the evening personally. he releases selva saying, you come from a respectable family but why is he behaving like this (this is the 2nd time selva gets to be behind bars lol). selva says he won't leave this place unless his wife is found. he says he has noted the car no. and gives it to the inspector. he leaves for home thereafter.

mahi is in michael's house and is trying to open the main door but its locked. he looks at her from the 2nd floor and ask asks her where is she planning to go. mahi being "clever" says she wanted to check if the door is properly locked. michael says "with me? just tell me the truth baby, you were trying to escape right". mahi says yes i am so what.

he comes down and mahi asks if he wants money. the doorbell rings and michael opens to door to see selva with the police. he tells mahi to hide herself but she shows herself. selva then says this is the guy that kidnapped her and that the lady is his wife. the police asks michael how dare he kidnapped another persons wife and tells selva to bring mahi home. michael stops mahi and asks to wait a while. he comes back and shows documents of proof to the inspector. its the marriage certificate and photos. michael then says that back in mumbai, he got married to mahi and this is the proof. selva gets a shock upon seeing the photo. there is even family card together with it. the inspector browses through all the photos and the family card and reaches the marriage certificate while looking at selva. selva looks on in shock.
