While it is a known fact that Bhatts are the masters when it comes to erotic genre, courtesy their franchises like MURDER and JISM, now his protege Milan Luthria too has taken the plunge with THE DIRTY PICTURE. Meanwhile director Vivek Agnihotri too has already started shooting for HATE STORY which as per him would redefine the way erotic thrillers would be looked at in Bollywood.

"For someone who started his career as a director with CHOCOLATE, a dramatic thriller, and moved on to a sports based film DHAN DHANA DHAN GOAL, Vivek has started an altogether new journey by shifting genres. He has recently completed BUDDHA IN A TRAFFIC JAM and 'Hate Story' is an erotic thriller," says a source, "It would be one erotic battle in theatres next year with films like MURDER 3 and JISM 2 also releasing."

Says Vivek, "Yes, erotica is a genre which is hitherto unexplored in Bollywood. We have made films like JISM and MURDER before but HATE STORY is going to take a different dimension all the way. Not just would it be much more inhibited than its other Bollywood counterparts, it would also end up raising quite a few eyebrows. Time and again we talk about pushing the envelope. Well, you would see that and a lot more with HATE STORY."
