In a closely matched contest, actor Hrithik Roshan was voted the best TV show host in a survey conducted recently. The fact that Hrithik's show 'Just Dance', had got the highest opening (a cumulative TRP of 4.7) for a reality show this year also helped him clinch the deal, feel industry insiders.
Hrithik emerged on top in a survey conducted a gross 3,548 respondents to determine the most lovable character in India. The TG (target group) was 15-44 year olds, females and males in the SEC, ABC and among Hindi GEC viewers and Hrithik was voted the best host on a reality show, read the survey conducted by Ormax Media, a research and consulting firm specializing in the media and entertainment industry.
In fact recently when Hrithik started appearing on the Saturday episodes and just on Sundays, the TRPs of the Saturday episodes shot up too. Viewers loved Hrithik's sincerity, dedication and the way he spoke to the contestants. There is no denying that with this show, Hrithik's fan following increased across the globe. Karan Johar, who never missed a single episode of the show said, "There could be no other choice for this show but Hrithik. What he brought to the show with his presence no one else could have. Not only is he the best dancer we have, but also someone who is dedicated, sincere and a perfectionist."
