I got a 2.8 will that lead me into a good college?

Is a 2.8 a C- or B-? Is it possible for me to go to a universal college? ;c Please and thank you! (:

Community college definitely. Your GPA suggests that you may not be able to handle the course load of college since you only got a 2.8 in high school where the course load is much lighter.
