The complainant moved Wednesday against IHC alias Zahid Malik Veen argues that she should be judged on the basis of Article 294 of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) on Obscene negotiations, Article 124, for sedition, Article 140 for wearing clothing or carrying out the token used by soldier, sailor and aviator, and Article 500 for defamation.
