Justin Bieber Donates Concert Money For Flood Victims

Postby huma on Tue Aug 17, 2010 10:39 am

The teen sensation singer Justin Bieber has showed a very nice and mature gesture by donating the money earned from his concert to the flood victims in Nashville, Tennessee.

The sixteen year old Canadian pop star had a performance at the city’s Bridgestone Arena. The money received from the ticket sales were partially donated to those people, who were deserted by the storms of May 10.

Bieber raised over 20,000 pounds of which he offered a cheque to ‘The Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee’. Later, he thanked his fans through his Twitter page for contributing in this noble cause.

Justin posted, “Each ticket was sold at 1.06 dollars for the concert tonight, which was organized for the flood relief needed here in Tennessee. I thank all of you. We have been able to collect 32,690 dollars for these needy people here”.

Definitely a good work by this teenager!
