Starting where it was left off yesterday Parvati is taken to the hospital and the surgical room and everyone in the Agarwal house is tense. Shruti asks Kamal what happened and he replies he doesn’t know what happened, why it happened and who did it. We are shown that Parvati is being treated by the doctors. The doctor comes and states that Parvati is in critical condition and that since her blood group is rare its not available in the hospital. Shruti states she has the same blood group as Parvati, she is taken so that her blood can be taken. Om is having a flashback of when he accused Parvati of killing Tannu and he looks sad.

Two girls state everything is happening as their maam has stated and even if Parvati is saved their maam will be able to handle the situation and that she always has several plans ready for any scenario.
Ashutosh asks Additi to go home and take some rest. Additi states that she never knew her real mom and whenever she thinks of her mother it is Parvati that comes to her mind. Ashutosh tells her not to worry and that everything will be fine in time, and he hugs her. His phone rings and they leave. The doctor comes and states that Shruti’s blood cannot be given to Parvati, but because Shruti is weak and anemic they cannot take blood from Parvati, and that for now they should pray until they are able to get blood from the blood bank.

Ashutosh and Gunn go to a mandir to pray for the wellbing of Parvati. Some woman is shown doing some sort of mantra in front of Maa Kaali. Ashtuosh, Gunn and Additi come to the same mandir and are confused to see a fire there but no one is there, as there go near the woman shouts be careful. She tells her to beware of the woman, the same woman who has come to destroy them. Gunn asks who, she states the woman has come silentely and that she is making everyong dance to her tunes, this is the same woman who will change their destiny. All three are looking tense.

The woman leaves, Ashutosh that he doesn’t like these woman and these kind of bashan and that they shouldn’t believe what that woman says. Additi is confused about what the woman was stating. Gunn tells him that she cannot reach Shruti and that they should go see what the problem.

Some woman is watching Om Kamal and Shruti, Kamal asks Om to go home and that Shruti is weak as well. They both say no. Kamal is adamant that they should go at this time they need to be strong for Partvai. Kamal goes to get some medication. Om goes to get some food for Shruti as she is looking weak. Shruti is alone in the hospital and starts walking around she feels that someone is there but she sees no one, when shruti is out of sight the masked woman goes into the room that Parvati is situated in. She goes near Parvati and taken out a wire that is connected to Parvati, this makes Parvati go into some shock and the masked woman leaves

Shruti’s phone rings and Ashutosh tells Shruti about the woman that they saw at the mandir and what she had told them. In Parvati’s room we see that the woman is going to open Parvati’s gas mask which makes Parvati unable to breathe. Ashutosh is telling Shruti that although he doesn’t believe these kinds of women’s talk, but Gunn is worried and thats why he called. Shruti is looking through the window and is shocked to see Parvati gasping for her breathe. She runs in finds the Gas mask and puts it back on Parvati. Ashutosh is confused what happened to the call. Parvati is still gasping for her breathe and Shruti doesn’t know what to do. At this woman the woman runs out without being noticed. Shruti calls the doctor in and the woman checks on Parvati and her condition. The doctor tells everyone to leave. Kamal tries to calm Shruti down and Shruti states what happened after they left and the call that she received from Ashutosh. When Om Kamal and Shruti are brought back into the room, the doctor says she is sorry but she could not save Mrs. Parvati.
