Judges enters and all are seated…. Vijay Agarwal and his wife are also present…



Gunn gives her papers announcing herself as the defence lawyer (DL)… The opposition lawyer gives her papers introducing herself as Katya Karnik, prosecution lawyer(PL)….



Judges gives permission for the court proceedings to start… Gunn indicates Katya to start where as Katya indicates Gunn to start…



Gunn states her side of the argument… This case has become a puzzle for the whole nation, where everyone is in wonder as to why a grandfather would kill his own grand daughter… But I would have to say with regret that this case has been investigated in haste and in an emotional situation…… The police are suspecting Om Ag for killing his own grand daughter just because the night Tanu was murdered he had scolded her…



Gunn says that even she agrees that Om did scold Tanu… Even she (Gunn) was present there… Judge takes a note of this… Police said that Om didn’t like Tanu meeting with Andy… Yes of course… Because he didn’t want his granddaughter to get into any bad company… Is it wrong in part of a grand father to scold his grand daughter for her good? Where a grand father scolds his grand father for her good will how can he himself murder her? As for Andy… Police has said in the charge sheet that Om Ag had fought with Andy that night… Yes, that night they did have an argument and the reason for that was Andy had tried to hit Tanu and any respectable person would definitely stand up for his grand daughter…. And the last charge on Om Ag was that Om Ag knew before hand that Andy was Vijay Ag’s son, that Vijay Ag who had cheated his in business… At this Katya (PL) raises objection that Om is saying that Vijay had cheated him in business where as there is no evidence to prove it! Judge sustains objection!



Gunn then changes her track saying that at one glance no one can know that Andy was Vijay’s son because he lived alone…. He had no relationship with his family whatsoever… And Om Ag’s anger on Andy was just for that time… How can anyone murder someone for that!?!? So I request the court to release Om Ag and order the police and investigation team to go according to evidences and not doubts… Thank You! (Bhai Wah! Itne episodes me Gunn never had that many dialog to speak… Saaraa ka saara kasar ek hi episode me finish! Me drinking water now! Gunn boli aur main *** rahi hoon… But I pity these lawyers yaar…. Kitne bolne padte hain naa?!!?)





Alright… Drum rrrrrrrrooooooollllllllllsssssssss!!!!!!! Katya Karnik, Prosecution Lawyer starts her statement… She says she doesn’t have such a long speech to say or such lengthy dialogs… (Haan… Kyunki shayad utna tumhe bolna naa aataa ho? KDMH me bhi tum sirf “”Suniye”, “Beta”, “DP”, “Baad me” ke alava kuch bolti nahi.. Haan yahan wahan kuch emotional dialogs boli! Anyways) I just need few minutes of your time… DL is saying that the relationship between Om Ag and Tanu was just as any other grand father and grand daughter who scolded for the wrong doings of his grand daughter… But Andy was not only Tanu’s friend but her client Vijay Ag’s son too….. And Om Ag knew nothing about him… And Om Ag was not so angry on Andy as to murder him…. This was what you said about your client, isn’t it Mrs.Agarwal! (Lo… Main to bhool hi gayi ki us parivaar me koi aur Mrs.Agarwal hai… Hamesha Paro ko hi us naam se pukarte hue suna hai naa? Ab bhi Mrs.Agarwal sunke Paro ki hi yaad aayi!) Okay you said and the court listened! Fine! But I want to show something to everyone in this court… Which is not a story but the truth…. Judge grants permission and the police constable brings in a television….



A video is shown… The video is the one taken on the rainy night when Tanu and Andy were arrested for using drugs… In that Om is threatening Andy saying that a boy like him has no rights to live and he (Om) knows from which type of family he is from and what they have thought him (Andy)…. I will finish you! Om, Paro, Kamal and Gunn are shocked!



Katya says that seeing this video it is clearly come to notice that Om knew Andy very well and also that he belonged to which family… Also Om Agarwal has been threatening that he would kill Andy…. Gunn raises objection that in this video there is nothing which shows that Om had said or done anything harmful to Andy…. Usually in anger it happens that people say things which they don’t actually mean… Katya says that of course it could happen, why not? Maybe Om Ag didn’t mean what he said… But in this court only the opp said that Om Ag is very innocent and straight forward grand father… Now we have seen in this video what a straight forward and innocent grandfather has done… Fight with his grand daughter’s boy friend and threaten him too!

Katya continues that not only this, I would also like to mention a thing which is not in this video but happened that day.… Katya mentions that, that night in the club a raid had taken place and in that raid Tanu Agarwal was also arrested… Ag’ shocked! Katya says that Om Ag had bribed and dissolved the case against Tanu… Gunn raises an objection for which Katya says that she had evidence to prove this too and Gunn’s objection is stated overruled by the judge!



Katya calls in Inspy Mr.Verma as her witness…. Katya says that I have requested only minutes from the court so tell it short and crisp whether Om Ag ever gave you any knid of bribe? Inspy agrees and says that Om Ag gave him 2 lakhs as bribe to release his grand daughter Tanu… I had accepted the money at that time but later when my conscious started pricking me, I accepted everything to my senior… (Conscious pricked?!!?? My Foot! Kaho ki Vijay Ag neb hi tumhe rishvat di…. Om se bhi zyada, isliye paasaa palat di tumne… Liar!)



Gunn becomes worried…. Katya says that for this Inspy is in suspension…. Katya says that now I will tell my statement… Actually Om Ag was very much frustrated with Tanu’s habit of taking drugs and it became more with Tanu’s relationship with Andy, who was Om Ag’s business rival Vijay Ag’s son… Even after all tries Tanu kept doing things which Om didn’t like… So finally a grand father got very angry and murdered Tanu… Even after this his anger didn’t cool down, because the person responsible for Tanu’s bad habits, that is, Andy was alive who co-incidentally happened to be Vijay AG’s son… So Tanu’s anger and business rival’s anger… Om Ag had two reasons to murder Andy… So I request the court to order Om Ag guilty and give him punishment!



Judges says that hearing both side arguments, Inspector Verma’s statement and evidences court has decided that until the case investigation is over Om Ag will be kept under custody…. Court Adjourned!

Vijay and Katya come out of court…. Om is brought from the opposite side…. AG’s come behind Om…. Vijay says that what did you say that day? My son had to die… He had to face the consequences of my deeds… Now you will see Om Ag as to how I destroy your life…. Court will not give you punishment, I will… I will get you down to such a situation where you will be begging for a living…. I will write your future… All the decisions will be mine in your future from now! Understand you!!! Saying Vijay points his finger at Om when a hand comes and grabs his finger….



Dhan danadhan!!!!!!!! Tada!!!!!!!! In frame comes the real Mrs. Agarwal… Parvati Agarwal… (I don’t know why, but whenever Paro comes in like that I become very excited!) She pushed off his hand…. Then says that future is decided by God and not by demons… And who are you to decide Om’s life?



Smirking Vijay says what a jodi? Something says something to one and other comes to give lectures…. Your husband is silent because of what he did… And for the deed your husband did he is going to get life imprisonment! He killed his grand daughter…. Now what show are you going to show us? Paro says angrily that she hasn’t come to show anything anyone but to remind you of all the black deeds you have done… Acting as well wisher you cheated us, that wound is till fresh in our hearts….. We haven’t forgotten anything… Vijay says that in the court it has decided that I didn’t cheat you but you got cheated… Paro says him to go and say all these twister of words elsewhere… She very well knows him and a person can cheat humans but not God… He is watching everything and knows when to do justice… You have only lost your son and see more what you are going to lose!



Vijay again smirks and praises Paro saying what a wife!? Rope is burning but the stiffness is there! (Yaar… Kahan kahan se aise muhavre dhoonke laate hain!?!? Nice one but… “Rassi jal gayi lekin bal abhi nahi gayi!”) Your husband is arrested and is going to get life imprisonment but still you are calling that God!?! But Mrs.Agarwal the case judgment the court is going to give and not God… And in the court is it already 90% proven that your husband is guilty and the rest she (Indicating Katya) will do her job… Better prepare well next time because Katya doesn’t like one side argument…. Gunn comes forward and says that winning and losing they are not the one who decide it…. Truth always wins… Vijay says that they have many evidences against Om and if that becomes less we will get more! (Ped par ug raha hai kya sabootein!?!?) This guy has separated my son from me… I have lost my son because of this person…. Gunn says that she also has lost her daughter… Still I am fighting this case for Om because I believe in him and his truthfulness… And to prove truth I don’t need any preparation! Vijay Ag says that you are proud of your truth!!?!? Let’s see what happens!

Shruti asks Maaji whether Paro has come back with Om…. Maaji says that they are on the way… Shruti says that she believes that her father is innocent……. The judge will release him today…. But I know that the murdered is running lose in this house and I hope police gets him soon and give him the hardest punishment!
