Prakash raj is the Chief Minister and the Head of the Ruling Party. Kota Srinivasa Rao is the Leader of Opposition. They both are getting ready to face one of the most challenging Elections.

In this, Kota Srinivasa Rao is very much determined to sit in the Chief Minister’s Chair after the Elections. For that, he even consults Astrologers. Some Astrologer says that, if he married a 13-year-old Girl in the midnight, then he can become the next Chief Minister. Karthika comes to know about this news. So, she gets ready to publish this news through the Newspaper named “Dhina Anjal” in which she works. Kota Srinivasa Rao comes to know about Karthika’s plans.

So, he reaches that “Dhina Anjal” Newspaper office, threatens them not to publish the News, and succeeds in that. Due to Karthika happens to lose her Job. As already planned, Kota Srinivasa Rao marries that 13-year-old Girl in the mid-night. Jeeva captures the Photos of this Marriage and publishes it as the Headlines News in the same “Dhina Anjal” Newspaper. Following this, Kota Srinivasa Rao is arrested.

In between this, Ajmal is running a Journal named as “Siragugal”. His desire is that, Educated should win the Power. He arranges for a Public Meeting. Jeeva, Karthika, and Piaa go to collect news. A Bomb blast occurs in the meeting and Piaa dies in that incident.

In this gap, the Interval interrupts.

The film, which begins with a Bank Robbery, moves on thrillingly until the Interval.
