Am a software engineer working in Chennai and i have planned to buy a apartment in Chennai in and around areas. Finally i found a apartment in omr Chennai name The Village. Which is good, i like it very much but the price is not suited for me then i bargained the price to 3800 per square foot. This is affordable one for me. Before am going to buy the apartment i need tips from you guys please check out the project details in the-village.in and post your suggestions.

Well congratulation for this. Even my daddy has also taken a plot in Jaipur.
After buying the plot. you must do the registration as the registration fee can be increase any time.
