NEW DELHI: In a case of double murder, a property's dealer's wife and his 6-year-old son were stabbed to death at their residence in West Delhi.
The incident came to light when the property dealer Pawan reached his house in West Patel Nagar at around 2:30 am, a senior police official said on Friday.
Pawan told police that when he reached the house, he found the door open and found his wife Anuradha lying in a pool of blood in the kitchen.
His son was found murdered in another room. Investigators believe that personal rivalry led to the murders and not robbery, as the house was not ransacked.
The family had returned from a pilgrimage to Kedarnath only a day before.
