There is no doubt about the fact that Salman Khan is the hottest selling star at present, owing to his successful deliveries with ‘Dus Ka Dum’ and ‘Big Boss 4’ on the smaller screen and ‘Dabangg’ on the silver screen. So, it did not come as a surprise when Colors TV chose him over Khiladi Akshay Kumar for the Fourth Season of Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi. Sallu Bhai has already shot a promo for KKK4 in Bangkok while shooting for Bhushan Kumar’s ‘Ready’ implying that he has already signed the contract with the channel.
Now the problem is That Akshay Kumar is unaware of this fact and the channel is worried about how to break this news to him since he has already been signed for KKK4. Apparently, both the actor and the channel have an exit clause where one can opt out of the deal without having to break it. Colors is exploring this clause as Akki has already shot for a promo for KKK4 in South Africa in February.
When asked to comment, Colors head, Ashwini Yardi says, “I cannot say anything at this point.” While Akki and Sallu remained unavailable for comment.
