News has it that, for his upcoming flick ‘Ready’, Salman turned a director. Apart from Anees Bazmee, the original director, Salman too got a chance with megaphone for some of the important scenes in the film.
It so happened that Anees Bazmee got busy with the promotions of his film Thank You, while Ready was on the floors. On the other hand, Salman Khan was very busy with his shoot of Bodyguard, and so, Ready was lagging behind. To hurry things up, the film was then shot simultaneously at two locations with two teams of crews. While Bazmee was the director at one location, Salman wielded the director’s baton at the other. Later, the two would meet up and discuss the day’s work.
Though Bazmee seems happy with Salman’s directorial skills, Salman himself doesn’t plan to become a full-time director. Reason: too much stress in directing, says Salman.
