Whistles, claps and cheers greet Sanjay Dutt's entry scene in DESI BOYZ and this continues throughout the film as Bollywood's original bad boy has the audience in ruptures with his rocking performance and sarcastic one liners. A similar sort of reaction was seen in Shahrukh Khan's RA.ONE, and was just not limited to single screens but also at high end multiplexes, and it does not take one long to realize that the Deadly Dutt has indeed made a grand comeback.
Marching ahead of all the controversies and problems in personal as well as professional life, Sanju Baba, as he is lovingly called in the film circle is all geared up for his second innings.
At a recent interaction with the fourth estate Dutt accepted that he has given up politics for good and is now focusing on his career. Says Dutt, "I will never join politics. I entered politics, experimented and ran away, politics is not for me. I am extremely excited with the positive response to my films DOUBLE DHAMAAL and DESI BOYZ. The first look of AGNEEPATH is out and I am very happy that I am being appreciated and people have liked my look in the film. I have worked hard and tried to look as menacing and powerful as was the requirement. Karan had instructed me that he wanted me to look all powerful on screen and hence the new all bald look for 'Kancha Cheena'."
