Job Description - Involving in front-end of projects and define user requirements and concern.
- Involving in the testing approaches procedures methods.
- Helping to establish and monitoring the performance of the information technology function and adherence to quality standards including the implementation standards, policies, and both qualitative and quantitative measures specific to the organization.

Desired Candidate's Profile

Profile - Very good knowledge of financial, logistics, properties taxation etc.
- Very good knowledge at expert level of current IT operation, application development techniques and software capabilities for large scale database environment.
- Ability to develop and administer surveys.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Ability to understand and clearly relate to other members of the organization technical manuals of specification, hardware principals of operations and general methods of systems software operations and database management techniques.
- Good knowledge of Z/OS
- Good knowledge of 2003/2008
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN
- Object modeling.
- Analyzing data requirement, designing process.
- Good knowledge of methods and tools.


Experience

- Minimum of 15 years in IT operations and or development with minimum of 7 years proven experience and implementation of standards, policies and matrics related to it.
Education

- BS in computer science or equivalent.

Essential for Candidate

- Knowledge in working with governmental, financial, logistics, purchasing, taxation, properties etc.
- Certified Quality Auditor (ISO 9001/2000 ISO 2000o ITIL, Cobit
- Mainframe and PC environment.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (speaking, reading and writing).
- Experience in Project Management using project tools.
- Experience in training and skills transfer.
- Good knowledge of the following;-

o Z/OS
o LAN/WAN
o Analyzing data requirement.
o Analyzing and designing process
o O/O modeling techniques
o Methods and Tools.
Experience 7 - 14 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Science , Bachelors in Computer Application ( Computers )
