Living in a modest chawl, the family tries to gather itself together as Trupti keeps trying to break them apart. Struggles and unforeseen situations try the family's patience and honor and yet they end up coming closer in this hour of need. We see a new side of each character as they all evolve in this trial by fire and come out as warriors.

Karan is trying hard to live up to his expectations of being the eldest son and so his responsibilities become even vaster as he has to think about the wellbeing of the family now before he can think of himself. Even as Nandini has a secret to tell, Tanya has her sorrow she can share with no one. Even as KT and Lakshya try to fight their feelings for each other and Eklavya longs for KT's affections we have Nakul and Sanchi who try to find moments of romance in the confines of the small chawl.

Daksha and Mohini still continue to make everybody smile in their darkest hours and Tulsi will keep being the idol she is to everybody, even though she is the symbol of strength for the family, her strength i.e, Mihir is still in Jail awaiting an unforeseen destiny. With no luxuries that await them the family tries to keep themselves happy and satisfied with whatever they have, but only for now as many more surprises good and bad lie ahead which will change their destinies once again.
