Tisca Chopra is very excited about doing comedy. She has just started shooting for Madhur Bhandarkar’s Dil Toh Baccha Hai Ji.

“Why do repetitive work? The idea of becoming an actor is to explore completely varied sides of one’s own psyche,” she maintains. Tisca’s Taare Zameen Par and Firaaq were both very different films where she was appreciated, but will this role have us reaching for the tissue box too?

Considering it’s a comedy, we guess that won’t be the case. Tisca agrees, but prefers to be tight-lipped about the role. “I doubt it very much, but, it’s a bit early to speak about the role. Madhur’s a really good director and he’s very funny to be around. You can hardly tell when the day's work is done.”
