Mufti Abdul Qawi’s claim 2: By indulging in verbal abuse she has insulted Pakistan and Islam.
iDiva verdict: She did abuse, but we don’t think she ever used profanity.
Mufti Abdul Qawi’s claim 3: She indulged in skin show – flaunting her bare waist & showing off her cleavage.
iDiva verdict: Definitely guilty.
Although Veena Malik can be held guilty on most counts, we definitely disagree with the ‘immoral’ tag that has been given to her by the Muslim clergy.
If our ‘friendly’ neighbours do believe in liberal views and equality of men and women, then whatever she did in Bigg Boss’ house was simply show business. And there was nothing ‘immoral’ about it!
