NEW DELHI: Teen sensation Vikas Krishan boxing (69kg), who brought the lone medal India in the World Championships last month, zooming in to a career-best second, but Olympic hero Vijender Singh (75 kg) did not found a place in the latest rankings issued by the AIBA international.
Asian Games gold medal Vikas, who won a bronze medal at World Championships in Baku last month, has 1300 points in the ranking, making him the highest place in Indian 10 weight classes (AIBA) International Boxing Association's latest list.
The first place in the category Vikas' has gone to Ukraine Taras Shelestyuk, who beat India's 19 years old, in the semifinals of the Champions, which was also the first Olympic qualifying event.
Four Indian boxers - L Devendra Singh (49kg), Jai Bhagwan (60kg), Manoj Kumar (64kg) and Vikas - Olympic cut to reach the quarterfinals of the World Championship "and they all have improved their ranking as well.
However, former world number one Vijender, who lost in the first round of the mega-event, did not find a place in the list of middleweight boxers due to the criteria set period of two years filming in which the points earned in the 2009 World Championships were eliminated from the present classification.

In the 52kg division, Santosh Harijan, who won a bronze medal in the Championship of Asia, is in 39th place with 300 points.
Former Youth Olympic Games silver medalist is the Indian Shiva Thapa higher in the 56kg division in 16th place with 600 points.
Jai also Commonwealth Games bronze medalist, has been fired from the point of 53rd to 17th with 500 points in the final list.
Manoj, who did not qualify even before, has entered the elite list in 32nd place with 350 points.
In the middleweight category, which is synonymous with Vijender in India, several times national champion Kuldeep Singh is the only Indian in the standings in 45th position with 200 points.
In the 81kg division, Dinesh Kumar has been massively reduced from 12 to 56th with 150 points in the standings.
Commonwealth Games gold medalist Paramjeet Samot is the sole representative of India in the super heavyweight division at the site 33 with 337.5 points. No features Indian fighter in the category of heavy weight 91 kg.
