"Honestly speaking I had no intentions of being an actress", says Twinkle who was rechristened Tia by Vikram, "I was supposed to do a music album for his company. When he saw my pictures, he asked me whether I had ever given acting a serious thought. He urged that I do try my luck in this field and give it a shot."
Even though Vikram went on to narrate the script of HAUNTED 3D to Tia and she was mighty impressed as well with what she heard, she had huge doubts that whether she would be able to pull it off.

"I did fall in love with my character but still I was unsure whether I was taking a right direction by stepping into movies", confesses Tia, "I have been a singer and always wanted to pursue this field only. I asked Vikram sir again whether I should really do it. Only when he reconfirmed that he had a confidence in me and saw a future for me in Bollywood did I finally say yes."
What followed next was a look test and once Tia passed that with flying colours, Vikram announced to the entire world that she was being launched in the film opposite Mahakshay Chakraborty.
