Deiva Magan is the title of Sivaji Ganeshan’s yesteryear movie. Sivaji Prabhu, who is planning to launch his son, has decided to name the launch pad movie of his son as DM. So he has told Vikram that he wants that title, which made the actor to drop the title. Later, director AL Vijay renamed it as Pitha but another producer had already registered it.
Finally, after considering a few other titles, makers of the film are happy to title the movie as Deiva Thirumagan. They say that the title perfectly suits the story. However, the movie is releasing in April. The movie stars Vikram, Anushka Shetty and Amala Paul in the lead roles.
